Minneapolis meditators: come super-charge your Vedic meditation practice!
We will be learning rounding, an advanced meditation technique that combines light yoga poses, breathing exercises, your regular 20 minute meditation, and a nice long rest afterward. Rounding maximizes our body and mind's ability to de-excite, which allows for a huge amount of stress release. You will feel amazing afterward, and your mind and body will thank you!
We will spend the morning learning, and practicing, this powerful technique, and will share a healthy, vegetarian lunch together before the retreat concludes.
The cost (including lunch):
$65 for early-bird registration before May 15
$75 after May 15
What to bring:
-Comfortable clothes, layering is preferable
-A yoga mat (if you have one)
-A water bottle
-A wrap or shawl for meditations, if you have one
Who is invited:
