Home away from home: Your in-town Meditation Retreat

Find your inner bliss, release stress, and eat amazing Ayurvedic food... without having to leave Chicago! Learn Vedic meditation, advance your current Vedic practice with the practice of 'rounding', or explore advanced courses in Vedic knowledge... and then sleep in the comfort of your own bed!
Our retreat will be held in a luxurious and spacious home in Chicago. You will enjoy quiet and comfortable daytime accommodations over a relaxing weekend which will allow you to unplug, enjoy homemade Ayurvedic (vegetarian) meals & snacks, and learn with Vedic meditation teachers and health experts: Jill Wener and Kelsey Mathes.
Vedic meditators of all levels are invited, and for those that have not yet learned Vedic meditation, your program will include instruction in the basic technique of Vedic Meditation.
Registration Dates + Fees
MAIN PROGRAMAll participants (except those that opt to learn Vedic meditation without attending the retreat) will learn an advanced meditation technique called Rounding, considered "Industrial Strength Meditation." Rounding consists of a combination of yoga, breath work and meditation, which helps meditators deepen their practice.
For those that have not yet learned Vedic meditationYour program will include instruction in the basic technique of Vedic Meditation. For a nominal fee, you may participate in the entire retreat weekend, or, if you have other plans for Memorial Day weekend, you may choose to participate solely in the meditation course (Friday night - Monday morning, 90 minutes each day).

For seasoned Vedic meditatorsYou may elect to take an advanced course in Vedic knowledge (the ancient body of knowledge from which Vedic meditation, Ayurveda and yoga originate) called Exploring the Vedas.
