Sunday, October 9, 2-3:30pm- Session 1: Become initiated as a meditator.
Monday, October 10, 7-8:30pm- Session 2: Basic technique and operating principles of meditation.
Tuesday, October 11, 7-8:30pm- Session 3: How meditation dissolves stress.
Wednesday, October 12: 7-8:30pm- Session 4: States of consciousness and long-term benefits of meditation.
All students must attend a free Introduction to Vedic Meditation class prior to registering for the 4-day Course in Vedic Meditation. The Free Introduction to Vedic Meditation class is on Saturday, October 8th at 10am at the Life Force Arts Center. Our goal is to make this knowledge accessible to everyone regardless of financial status. The Course Fee is based on a sliding scale and will be explained in full detail at the Introduction to Vedic Meditation class.
