Conscious Health Meditation is too awesome to be taught in a 1-hour session! If you choose to sign up for the 4-Part Course in Conscious Health Meditation, your Intro Talk fee will be applied to your 4-Part Course fee! Attendance at an Introduction to Conscious Health Meditation class is a prerequisite for enrollment in the 4-Part Course.
