In addition to teaching Vedic Meditation, Jill is passionate about providing educational opportunities about wellness, health and meditation. Workshop subjects include mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, massage and other body work, yoga, pilates and naturopathic health modalities such as Ayurveda.
