Monday January 9 1-2:30pm- Session 1: Become initiated as a meditator.
Tuesday January 10 1-2:30pm- Session 2: Basic technique and operating principles of meditation.
Wednesday January 11 1-2:30pm- Session 3: How meditation dissolves stress.
Thursday January 12: 1-2:30pm- Session 4: States of consciousness and long-term benefits of meditation.
All students must attend a free Introduction to Vedic Meditation class prior to registering for the 4-day Course in Vedic Meditation, or speak with Jill directly. The free Introduction to Vedic Meditation class is on Sunday, January 8 from 1-2:30pm at Serenbe Community Center.

Our goal is to make this knowledge accessible to everyone regardless of financial status. The Course Fee is tiered and will be explained in full detail at the Introduction to Vedic Meditation class. Group rates may be available.
