Monday August 15- Session 1: Become initiated as a meditator.
90 minutes; time and location to be scheduled upon course registration.
Tuesday August 16, 7-8:30pm- Session 2: Basic technique and operating principles of meditation.
Wednesday August 17, 5:30-7pm- Session 3: How meditation dissolves stress.
Thursday August 18: 7-8:30pm- Session 4: States of consciousness and long-term benefits of meditation.
All students must attend a free Introduction to Vedic Meditation class prior to registering for the 4-day Course in Vedic Meditation. The Free Introduction to Vedic Meditation class is on August 13 from 2-3:30pm at the Phoenix and Dragon Bookstore. Our goal is to make this knowledge accessible to everyone regardless of financial status. The Course Fee is based on a sliding scale and will be explained in full detail at the Introduction to Vedic Meditation class.
