Sunday, January 22, 12-1:30pm- Session 1: Become initiated as a meditator.
Monday, January 23, 6:30-8pm- Session 2: Basic technique and operating principles of meditation.
Tuesday, January 24, 6:30-8pm- Session 3: How meditation dissolves stress.
Wednesday, January 25: 6:30-8pm- Session 4: States of consciousness and long-term benefits of meditation.
All students must attend a free Introduction to Vedic Meditation class prior to registering for the 4-day Course in Vedic Meditation. The Free Introduction to Vedic Meditation class is on Saturday, January 21st at 3 pm at Studio Flo Pilates. Our goal is to make this knowledge accessible to everyone regardless of financial status. The Course Fee is tiered and will be explained in full detail at the Introduction to Vedic Meditation class.
