Monday, August 21st, 7-8:30pm- Session 1: Become initiated as a meditator.
Tuesday, August 22nd, 7-8:30pm- Session 2: Basic technique and operating principles of meditation.
Wednesday, August 23rd, 7-8:30pm- Session 3: How meditation dissolves stress.
Thursday, August 24th, 7-8:30pm- Session 4: States of consciousness and long-term benefits of meditation.
All students must attend an Introduction to Vedic Meditation class prior to registering for the 4-day Course in Vedic Meditation (the fee for the Intro class will be applied to the course fee for the 4-day Course). The Introduction to Vedic Meditation class is on Sunday, August 13 from 6-7:30pm at Align Movement Design. You may register for the Intro class here.
