Thursday, May 17, 7-8:30pm- Session 1: Become initiated as a meditator.
Friday, May 18, 6:30-8pm- Session 2: Basic technique and operating principles of meditation.
Saturday, May 19, 9-10:30am- Session 3: How meditation dissolves stress.
Sunday, May 20, 9-10:30am- Session 4: States of consciousness and long-term benefits of meditation.
All students must attend an Introduction to Conscious Health Meditation class prior to registering for the 4-Part Course in Conscious Health Meditation (the fee for the Intro will be applied to the 4-Part course fee).
