Friday, February 1, 6-7:30pm- Session 1: Become initiated as a meditator.
Saturday, February 2, 2-3:30pm- Session 2: Basic technique and operating principles of meditation.
Sunday, February 3, 9-10:30am- Session 3: How meditation dissolves stress.
Monday, February 4, 6-7:30pm- Session 4: States of consciousness and long-term benefits of meditation.
All students must attend a free meditation consultation (by phone or in-person) before registering for the 4-part Course.

The course fee is tiered, between $400-$1400. Our goal is to make this knowledge accessible to everyone regardless of financial status.
