Friday, April 26, 6-7:30 pm- Session 2: Basic technique and operating principles of meditation.
Saturday, April 27, 2-3:30 pm- Session 3: How meditation dissolves stress.
Sunday, April 28, 6-7:30 pm- Session 4: States of consciousness and long-term benefits of meditation.
All students must attend a free meditation consultation (by phone or in-person) before registering for the 4-part Course.
