Friday, March 9, 9-10:30 am OR 6-7:30pm- Session 2: Basic technique and operating principles of meditation.
Saturday, March 10, 11a-12:30pm- Session 3: How meditation dissolves stress.
Sunday, March 11, 9-10:30am- Session 4: States of consciousness and long-term benefits of meditation.
All students must attend an online Introduction to Conscious Health Meditation session prior to registering for the 4-Part Course in Conscious Health Meditation. Please fill out this form to schedule a time for your Intro.
