Exhaustion in healthcare

Jill Wener·Dec 9, 2024· 1 minute

Lots of my healthcare clients share that they have a difficult time connecting to their emotions because they’re so exhausted all the time. They’re bleary-eyed, they have low energy, and they might even feel numb. Sometimes all they can think about is making it through the day.

Unfortunately, with the state of our healthcare system, this level of exhaustion is all-too-common. Healthcare professionals work long hours, they often bring their work home with them, and it can be really hard to stop thinking about difficult cases once they leave work. No wonder they’re exhausted!

Because it can be difficult to connect to your emotions when you’re that exhausted, watch as I demonstrate a technique that allows my clients to focus on the physical sensations of the exhaustion, rather than only the emotions.

Are you curious about learning more about tapping? Here’s a free resource for you.
