Five women practice the REST meditation technique outside during a retreat for women in healthcare, led by Dr. Jill Wener.

Meditation

THINK MEDITATION IS HARD?
Think again.

Meditation should be effortless, comfortable, and (most importantly) quickly give you life-altering benefits.

Although it may seem far-fetched, especially if you’ve tried meditating in the past and just couldn’t connect with the technique, the unique method taught by Jill is easy to do, and even the busiest of us can fit the twice-daily practice into their schedules.

When you learn to meditate with Jill, you get a meditation teacher (for life) who will make everything easily accessible, understandable, and help you effortlessly connect with the practice.

Jill’s online REST Technique courses will teach you to become a self-sufficient meditator without reliance on guided visualizations or apps.

Jill is an amazing and inspiring teacher. Her passion, intelligence, and humor are contagious. I love how easy the technique is and how seamlessly I have been able to integrate it into my life. I like how down to earth and no-nonsense Jill is about meditation. I really appreciated her explanation of how stress affects our physiology and how meditation is scientifically proven to make a dramatic difference on a cellular level. I love meditating, and I can’t recommend this course enough!

Absolutely anyone can learn the REST Technique, even (especially!) someone who believes they are too stressed or high-strung to meditate. This effortless technique is practiced twice a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. You don’t even have to worry about keeping your mind clear of thoughts. This meditation practice actually welcomes thoughts!

  • This meditation technique triggers a physiologic effect in the brain and body, which allows the mind to settle into a state of restful alertness. This unique state is up to even more restful than sleep, and this profound rest allows the body to naturally dissolve its stresses, revealing a life filled with joy, calmness, creativity, connection, and love.

  • This technique activates your parasympathetic nervous system, helping to shift your nervous system from near-constant ‘fight or flight’ mode (i.e. the sympathetic nervous system) to a more restorative space of healing, rest, and calm.

  • No matter your religious or cultural beliefs, you can find peace in this meditation technique - no change in ideology required!

An amazing experience. Most surprising was how easy it was to do! Meditation used to feel forced and uncomfortable. Now I just start, and my mind and body just take over, like they know what to do. I’m incredibly grateful for Jill guiding me through this life-changing meditation practice.
