Dr. Jill’s Blog

Welcome to my blog!

I started my own business in 2016 as a meditation teacher. As the years pass, my passions and offerings continue to evolve, and my philosophy, mindset, and world view have changed SO MUCH since I started. Some of my posts about meditation from the early days make me cringe when I read them now, but I left them in there anyway - they help me remember how much I’ve grown personally and professionally.

Keep scrolling to find my latest insights, lots of posts about tapping, and episodes of my Conscious Anti-Racism podcast.
