During the retreat weekend, your mornings and evenings will be spent learning Conscious Health Meditation and soaking up the camaraderie of the other women on the virtual retreat. For the following 4 weeks, you’ll attend weekly workshop-style lectures on how to apply ancient, yet practical, Vedic knowledge to your life as a woman in healthcare. You’ll learn a stress reduction technique called tapping (and you’ll get a free 1:1 tapping session with Jill!), which is an incredible tool to help process the trauma and difficult emotions that you may have experienced as a woman in healthcare (before and during COVID).

Friday June 12:
7-8:30p: Group welcome with meditation opening ceremony

Saturday June 13:
8a-12p: 30-minute private sessions with Jill to receive your personalized mantra
12-5p: Free time, with an optional yoga class, plus you’ll do your first 20-minute independent meditation!
6-8p: Instruction in Conscious Health Meditation - Group Session 1

Sunday June 14
8-8:30a: Independent 20 minute meditation practice
9-11a: Instruction in Conscious Health Meditation - Group Session 2
11a-4p: Free time, with an optional yoga class, including a 20-minute independent meditation
4-6p: Instruction in Conscious Health Meditation- Group Session 3, and weekend wrap-up

Sundays June 21, 28, July 12, July 19 (no session on July 5 due to holiday weekend)

Early Bird registration closes at midnight on May 15, 2020. General registration closes on June 8, 2020. Payment is due upon registration. 

Cancellation policy
There are no refunds for early bird registration, for any reason. In the event that you have to cancel, your entire registration fee may be used towards any of Jill’s future virtual or live events for up to 18 months.
