Reconnect With Your Self
in a More Meaningful Way

Through Dr. Jill Wener’s tapping and meditation courses, you’ll create a more meaningful, joyful, and adaptive lifestyle - and handle any setback with ease.

Tapping

If you’re still trying to manage stress by thinking your way through it, know this:

You shouldn’t have to struggle.

You deserve the skills to easily improve your relationships, process trauma and PTSD, address self-limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, reduce (or eliminate) acute and chronic physical pain, manifest the life you want to create for yourself...the list goes on.

Tapping (aka the Emotional Freedom Technique) is an evidence-based stress-reduction and healing method that uses acupressure (aka tapping) on different parts of the face and chest to produce powerful changes in the brain and nervous system, literally rewiring how your brain processes stress.

You can access the powerful benefits of tapping through Jill’s online and in-person tapping courses.

Jill also offers corporate tapping programs.

Over the years I have tried a wide variety of modalities, therapies, medications, exercises, books, substances, techniques, etc. to manage stress and anxiety, and have never had the level of success that I get with tapping. I am very grateful to have discovered tapping and to be clearing my head of years of useless ruminations.

Meditation

It’s quite common to enter into a meditation practice and quickly give up. You’re an active, busy person with to-do lists and a racing mind. We all are! It can be hard to sit still, especially in an uncomfortable position!

Meditation should be easy and provide life-altering benefits. Ever heard of adaptation energy? Consider it your bank account of patience that you can grow by meditating. Adaptation energy is your secret weapon, and it will help you (peacefully and happily) fight any and all of the stressors that life throws at you.

You’ve already tried mindfulness courses. You’ve already sat through guided visualizations, waiting for the results to magically arrive.

I’ve attended other meditation education, and nothing ever “stuck” for me. I found it too frustrating and/or uncomfortable. Jill’s method is easy and accessible to all. Even though I’ve only been meditating for a week, I’ve already begun seeing positive influences of the practice. I have more patience with my son (more adaptation energy), and my health has improved.

You haven’t meditated like this before.

This technique is unique. You can do this effortless practice anywhere, and you get to sit comfortably while you meditate. The best part? You can actually do it!

Meditation or Tapping: How to Choose?

Both meditation and tapping (whether in-person or online) offer their own unique healing benefits, but you might be unsure which method is right for you. (Of course, there’s nothing saying you can’t try both!) If you need a little guidance on deciding which technique you identify with the most, Jill can help!

In this video, Jill discusses each practice, how they’re used, what you’ll get from each practice, and how they can be used together, so you can select which one is right for you. (Doctors, there’s a section to help you choose as well!).

Still unclear which is right for you? Simply schedule your free consultation call.

Courses Designed Specifically For Doctors

If you're burned out, overworked, tired of taking care of everyone but yourself, and just the TINIEST bit skeptical about meditation:

You're not alone.

Before Jill turned her life towards meditation, tapping, and helping healthcare professionals like you keep their cool in the chaos, she worked in Internal Medicine at a busy urban hospital for over a decade… and she, too, was doubtful of the all-too-alluring benefits of spiritual practices.

But (much like Jill did), you can easily fit meditation or tapping into your crazy busy schedule. You’ll learn the tools to actually remain calm in the midst of healthcare chaos...even when you have 10 more notes to write but it’s already 6PM...even when you’re on hold with prior auth.

Through Jill’s online meditation and tapping courses curated specifically for doctors, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills to effortlessly remain calm, whether the situation is medical mayhem or wrangling three kids into pajamas after a day of work.

Jill also offers meditation retreats. Bonus: you’ll get up to 6.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ when you complete her meditation programs. (see more information here).

The course allowed me to let go of my preconceived ideas about meditation and people who meditate. I am increasingly comfortable with the practice- it gives me a reason/prescription to take time for myself. I am sure that I will continue to grow but I am already starting to feel the effects. The world will go on if I take time for myself!

A Conscious Approach to Fighting Racism

You might be wondering: Why is a white meditation teacher talking about racism? In a world that can sometimes seem as though only tension and division exist, Jill infused her mind-body approach into creating anti-racism courses (the CME-accredited course for healthcare is here) and live events with her partner, Dr. Maiysha Clairborne, to inspire and educate about racism. Learn what systemic racism is, how it affects our thoughts and beliefs, and equip yourself with the tools needed to take action that makes an impact.

Jill is a great teacher and keeps the class engaged with her knowledge of the subject matter, both from her medical background and her training in Conscious Health (vedic) Meditation. This method of meditation really works. I am already feeling the stress start to leave and more focus and clarity showing up in its place. I can hardly wait for my next meditation.
